How ChakriPath handles your information.
This policy explains what ChakriPath collects, why it is used and the choices available to you. Effective 24 August 2026.
Information we collect
When you use ChakriPath, we may collect your Google account name, verified email address and profile image; a phone number supplied by you; mock-test responses, scores, ranks and usage history; payment order and transaction references; and basic technical information needed for security and service operation.
Authentication and payments
Google sign-in is provided through Firebase Authentication. Payments are processed by Razorpay. ChakriPath does not receive or store your card number, UPI PIN, bank password or other payment credentials.
How information is used
- To create and secure your account.
- To attach purchases and test access to the correct candidate.
- To administer attempts, results and performance analysis.
- To resolve payment, access and content queries.
- To prevent abuse and improve the platform.
Service providers
Information is processed only as needed through service providers supporting ChakriPath, including Google/Firebase for authentication, Razorpay for payments and Hostinger for website hosting. Each provider handles information under its own terms and privacy commitments.
Retention and control
Account, purchase and attempt records are retained while needed to provide permanent pack access, maintain records and meet legitimate legal or security requirements. You may ask to correct or delete eligible personal information through the Contact page. Some transaction records may need to be retained where required by law.
Security and children
ChakriPath uses access controls and secure sessions, but no internet service can promise absolute security. Users below 18 should use paid services with the knowledge and consent of a parent or guardian.
