Fair treatment for digital-access purchases.

This policy applies to the ₹75 WBPSC Miscellaneous Mock Test Pack. Effective 24 August 2026.

Eligible refund situations

Please contact ChakriPath within seven days of payment if you were charged more than once for the same pack, paid successfully but access was not delivered and support could not restore it within 48 hours, or made an accidental purchase and have not started any premium mock test.

After premium content is used

Because the pack provides immediate digital access, change-of-mind refunds are normally unavailable after a premium test has been started. This does not restrict any right that cannot lawfully be excluded, or a remedy for verified non-delivery or a material technical defect.

How to request a refund

Use the Contact page with the Google-account email used for purchase, payment reference, payment date and a short explanation. Never send a UPI PIN, card number or banking password.

Processing

Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method through the payment gateway. Bank and payment-network processing times may vary; a typical reversal can take 5–10 business days after approval.

Access after refund

A full refund revokes access to the paid pack. Attempt records may be retained where necessary for transaction reconciliation, fraud prevention or legal obligations.
