Straightforward terms for using ChakriPath.

These terms apply when you browse ChakriPath, create an account, attempt a test or purchase digital access. Effective 24 August 2026.

The platform

ChakriPath is an independent educational platform for West Bengal competitive-examination preparation. It is not affiliated with WBPSC or any government authority. Official notifications and instructions always take precedence.

Accounts

You are responsible for using your own Google account and keeping access to it secure. One purchase is licensed to one individual account. Sharing, reselling, copying, scraping or systematically redistributing paid tests is not permitted.

Mock Test Pack

The WBPSC Miscellaneous Mock Test Pack costs ₹75 as a one-time payment and includes Mock Tests 1–10. Tests 1 and 2 are free. Tests 3–6 are available to paid accounts, while Tests 7–10 will be added progressively and are included without another pack payment.

Educational content

We work to organise questions, explanations and analysis carefully. The platform does not guarantee selection, examination results, uninterrupted availability or that every item will remain error-free. Suspected errors should be reported through Contact so they can be reviewed.

Acceptable use

You must not bypass access controls, interfere with the service, automate bulk extraction, impersonate another person or use ChakriPath unlawfully. Access may be suspended where necessary to protect candidates, content or the platform.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Razorpay and access is activated only after server-side payment verification. Refunds are governed by the published Refund Policy and applicable law.

Changes

Features and these terms may be updated as ChakriPath develops. Material changes will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date.
